Prepared She had everything set. Her clothes were laid out, she had decided on make-up colors, her hair tie was sitting on the bathroom sink, her alarm was set. Flame A small pinprick of light made her turn her head, staring. It was just a little candle, one of those tea lights used for heating scent oils. Yes I've been very much not active lately. Sorry loves! I do have new plans now! -I will be writing a short story a day over a span of two weeks, then taking a week off, then repeating. -However for the first two weeks you guys will only see four of them. Why? Because I'm gonna be putting together an ebook! I just really need some money and job prospects are still low and I'm just not that good at keeping up with the other stuff that's been available to me? So thank goodness Amazon has a kinda-self-publishing sort of thing. But yeah more details will follow and I do hope people will want to buy it! (Again details will be forthcoming

Preferred Styles

It's kind of funny. A year ago, I absolutely loathed writing short stories. I couldn't do anything if it wasn't part of a larger whole. Now, I've realized I'm just the opposite. I can do my best work in a short story (all connected by the same world maybe, but otherwise unrelated) and there is no way I can handle larger projects. I just get too burnt out. This is why I know how Kat and Locke's story ends,  but I'll probably never write it out. It's too much effort to put the thoughts, the abstracts, for that scope of events into definite words. I'm thinking of getting rid of my "chapter" stuff, because what's the point if I won't finish it?
